This past Sunday, I was excited to be invited as a Braman VIP Guest to the Polo Match at the Palm Beach International Polo Club. I’ve rode horses before, but the closest I had been to a polo match was on a Ralph Lauren shirt.
I knew I would be out in the sun, so to keep cool, I wanted a dress that was light in fabric and in color. This dress was exactly that. A couple of things I like about this dress is it it sleeveless, knee-length, textured woven fabric, with a sheen and a printed pattern. It has a fitted bodice, flared skirt, cut-out sections and visible zip at the back that gives the dress so much shape and sexiness. The pockets are an added bonus. It’s like having a purse on your hips. The inside is lined, preventing your undies from becoming transparent 🙂
This top coat was just what I needed to make this look shine. It matched perfectly with the rust colored shapes in the dress. When you wear your coat draped over your shoulder it gives your look a more dramatic look. It will leave you in the mirror saying “I came to slay b****” -Beyonce Transformation. I purchased the coat in a medium so it was a little too big. I was going to give it away but I am so glad I didn’t. It was so clutch in completing my outfit.
Typically not an accessory person, I wore this geometric necklace to keep in line with the shapes on the dress. The necklace has a modern silhouette feel. It is ultra chic with gold accents and a clear bead centerpiece.
This patent leather clutch always keeps my look super classy. I love it so much, I am thinking about purchasing the nude one for the Spring/Summer. The gold Louis emblem flips back allowing you to access the inside of the bag.
I kept the look light and airy by finishing it off with nude pumps and rose gold shades. Like any of these items? Shop the entire look below:
